On 14th May 2024, the French Former Students Association under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (A.A.E.F.) organised the press conference for the upcoming event “100 Years of the Aura of King Prajadhipok among Thai Students in France” at the Press Conference Room, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sri Ayudhya Road. The press conference was attended by Mrs. Eve Lubin, Counsellor for Culture and Cooperation of the French Embassy, Bangkok, and the opening speech delivered by Mrs. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The details of the event were informed by Dr.Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, Mrs. Premika Sucharitkul, President of the A.A.E.F., Mrs. Kanchana Sripathar, Director of the King Prajadhipok Museum, and Mr. Siraveth Sukhanetr, Secretary of the French Alumni Award Committee.
The event “100 Years of the Aura of King Prajadhipok among Thai Students in France” will be attended by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on 31st May 2024 at Vithes Samosorn Room, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the event, the King Prajadhipok Museum will present an exhibition: “Siamese-French Relations during the Reign of King Prajadhipok”, and the A.A.E.F. will present historical documents through various media. Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn award the Achievement Awards to distinguished alumni, and the event will be concluded with the Lunch Talk, led by Dr.Sumet Tantivejkul, Emeritus Professor Dr.Wissanu Krea-ngam, and Emeritus Professor Dr. Borwornsak Uwanno. The net revenue from the event will be contributed to the Chaipattana Foundation
